2024 Appeal Campaign Overview

The Catholic Ministries Appeal is one of the major efforts to financially support spiritual, educational, and social needs of the Catholic community in southern Minnesota. The Appeal is a primary source of funding for diocesan-led ministries that play a vital role in the mission of the Church. The Appeal supports diocesan-led ministries in the following areas:

* Youth Ministry and Faith Formation

* Young Adult Ministry

* Lay Formation & RCIA

* Missionary Discipleship

* Vocations Discernment

* Life, Marriage, & Family

* Faith Formation

* Catholic Schools

* Communications

* Hispanic Ministries

* Newman Centers

* Cemeteries

* Parish Support

* Evangelization

Your support is very important in the work of the Church in Southern Minnesota.  Please use the envelope that was mailed to you or pick one up at your parish.  You can also donate online at the Catholic Ministry Appeal site by clicking here.  Each parish is given a goal to meet.  Any money over the goal will come back to the parish for a project that the parish has indicated.  Your parish goal is noted in the weekly bulletin.

* St. Leo Project is for the replacement of the Church Roof.  It is beginning to leak.

* St. Catherine Project is for the replacement of the School/Office Roof.  It is beginning to leak.
